The Revitalization of my Life-Day 32

I've missed a couple of days, but let me tell you that it was worth it. I had to get my life a little more organized. I started my making a commitment in my mind to get it done. I am speaking of house chores and to be more exact, mowing the lawn. I got up early on Saturday morning and begin mowing the lawn. While mowing I noticed that it was taking me longer than I thought to get it done. The reason for this is because i went so long without cutting it that a miniature forest had developed in my back yard. Then it hit me. It's hard to clean up when you let it get too dirty. The same can be accessed to our life. When we put things off for a long time and let opportunities and chance pass us by, reaching our goal becomes a whole lot harder. We have to work extra hard to get the simple things done. Take the time to do a little now and you don't have to worry about having to work extra hard in the future.

Not only did I just mow the lawn, but I cleaned the entire house. I thought it would be nice for my wife to lay around and do nothing for a whole day. After cleaning, I was beat. All I wanted to do was lay down and take a nap. But here is where the revitalization comes in. It was early and I know my wife. I know that she likes to get out and do things, so I got up put on some clothes and told her, "lets go out."

When you don't feel like doing something and feel as if all the attention should be on you, take that thought out of your head and place the attention on your spouse/girlfriend. Doing this will cause for more happy moments than sad ones. It will create a world that you thought couldn't exist. But I didn't stop there. On Monday afternoon, I took flowers to her job again (I also took flowers on FRIDAY as well). This time I did it because we had a great weekend and just because it was MONDAY, the beginning of the week. I am trying to create that world that most don't think exist. A world that operates on pure love. A love that cares about the well being of my wife...my world!
